No person / social organization or organization shall conduct any protest / picketing, procession, rally, vehicle rally, procession, mass demonstration etc. in the entire revenue boundaries of the district without prior permission from the competent authority. No person shall transmit objectionable messages, provocative images, videos and audio messages through social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites etc. nor forward such messages. No person will post offensive and obscene messages related to religious / social / personal / caste or sect on social media.There will not be any kind of mobilization in public places, corporation / mandal or any government office etc. in the entire revenue boundaries of the district. No person shall make any kind of political discussion, commentary, comment etc., nor give provocative speech in religious / social places or other public places. The operators of all hotels, dharamshalas, lodges in the district will ensure that – before handing over the rooms located in their premises to any person, by sending the complete information of the person concerned in the prescribed format and register, send this information to the nearest police station everyday Will do. Also, information of suspicious persons will be noted in the nearest police station and police control room.

All the landlords of the district must submit the complete details of the tenant to the nearest police station before renting their house or any part of it. All hostel directors of the district will mandatorily submit the information of all the students residing in hostels operating in government and private buildings to the concerned police station. All the builders of the district will ensure to submit the information of the workers / artisans engaged in the construction work of the buildings to the concerned police station. No person shall use any type of sound amplifier without the prior permission of the competent authority. No person / institution / organization shall use any kind of religious, political, social etc. category hoardings / advertisements, cutouts etc. without obtaining prior permission of the competent authority. Also, they will not distribute such pumplets which are prone to spoil social harmony. The person / institution / organization violating the order will be prosecuted under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code as per rules.
